The new generation has a lot more distractions compare to the past. It is important to keep them motivated and introduce them to the benefit of running.

Although we can not interview High School students. We have the chance to talk to Coach Shelby. She ran in High School and College. After graduating, she came back to her Alma Mater to inspire the next generation.
