Vince Carter announced his retirement from NBA on June 25, 2020.
Vince Carter is the best dunker of all time in my opinion. Dunks he made during the 2000 slam dunk contest were remarkable.
Many dunkers have done the elbow dunk, but Vince Carter just made it looks easy and he finished it with grace.

The gesture of the dunk is simple but beautiful.
The arm, the rim, and the ball became one at that moment.
